LAKE OF THE WOODS PSYCHOTHERAPY

Why Choose LOTW Psychotherapy?

At Lake of the Woods Psychotherapy, we believe that experience is foundational to meaningful care. Our team brings decades of experience supporting people through life’s most difficult and vulnerable moments.

Each therapist at LOTW Psychotherapy holds extensive clinical experience and advanced professional training - balanced by years of dedicated service across community mental health, harm reduction and addictions programs, crisis services and educational sectors. Alongside professional training, we bring real-life experience, warmth, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human. That depth of experience allows us to meet people with compassion, perspective, and highly skilled clinical care.
