My biggest hope as a therapist (and human) is to create a safe space and relationship where people can feel seen, felt, and accepted.
My lens focuses on how attachment history, trauma, and inter-generational experiences get held in the body, mind, spirit, and patterns. I am client-centred, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed so you set the pace and I will never push you to somewhere you don’t want to go.
I work with a variety of somatic practices that are woven into therapy, including mindfulness, self-compassion, focusing, breath work, parts work, and EMDR resourcing. I also believe in giving people space to talk things out. I see laughter and tears as medicine, as well as, a well-placed swear word! And when a more practical approach is needed, I am happy to explore wholistic wellness, advocacy, and helping people to navigate systems.
Overall, people say my ‘realness’ helps them to feel comfortable with me and themselves - a compliment I humbly accept and that Polyvagal Theory explains! It has also been shared that neurodivergent folks often feel comfortable and well supported here.
I truly believe this work can lead to being more attuned with ourselves, in relationships, and the world. And in seasons of life that are just hard - I hope it helps people ride the waves of life with more compassion, grace, and support. Each person already carries their own inner wisdom, and my hope is to walk alongside people as they find their way back home to themselves.
I am beyond humbled to do this work and I’m better for it. It is truly my honour. Natalie.

Hi there, my name is Dan, I am a licensed psychotherapist living and working in the Treaty 3 area of Kenora. With 17 years of experience, I have developed an approach to therapy that is grounded in reflexive and anti-oppressive frameworks, with an emphasis on deeply understanding each client’s lived experience and how it shapes their perceptions, relationships, and sense of self. I strive to create a space that is collaborative, affirming, and responsive to the social, cultural, and systemic contexts that impact upon well-being.
I hold Master’s degree in Social Work and advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative therapy. I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating addiction, anxiety, ADHD, and Trauma related challenges.
I work with individuals, couples, and families. I value creating a collaborative, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and supported. My work with couples and families is grounded in strengthening emotional connection, improving communication, and fostering healthier relationship patterns.
In addition to my client focused work, I hold an advanced certification in clinical supervision and enjoy mentoring and supporting fellow clinicians in their professional growth. I offer group training and education in foundational skills for clinical practice, suicide risk assessment and safety planning among others.

Being a human can be really hard and messy! But having someone to walk alongside you can make it feel less overwhelming. I believe therapy is not only about addressing challenges, but also about embracing one’s authentic self. Part of my work is helping people discover and lean into their inherent strengths, resilience, and capacity for change so that you can show up as your true self!
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and addictions, and I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapies, CBT, and DBT. I hold advanced trainings in EMDR. The approach that I use to support my clients is tailored to the unique needs of the individual.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience. Together we will work to release old survival patterns, heal emotional wounds and build a more empowered relationship with yourself. I offer in-person sessions in Kenora and virtual sessions across Ontario and Manitoba.

NATACHA BOULTON, MSW, RSW (she/her)
I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, change, and heal. Change can be hard—it’s often both beautiful and vulnerable—and none of us are meant to do it alone. I love being a therapist and walking alongside people wherever they feel ready to begin. I have over 25 years of experience as a therapist and social worker in a variety of mental health settings. My counselling style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. My hope is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted just as you are. I’ve seen again and again that people heal in safe places and in safe relationships.
My approach is trauma‑informed and rooted in evidence-based practices. I work hard to make sure therapy feels like the right fit for each person. While I value the cognitive or “talk‑therapy” side of counselling, I also recognize how deeply our struggles can be held in the body and nervous system. Because of this, I weave in somatic and holistic approaches and pay attention to how our difficulties show up emotionally, physically, relationally, and spiritually. My work is grounded in mindfulness, self‑compassion, emotionally focused therapy, family systems and attachment theory, parts work, the Gottman Method, CBT, and EMDR.
I offer both in‑person sessions for individuals, couples, and families in the Treaty 3 Area of Kenora and virtually, across Ontario. I feel deeply honored to learn from and support people in their healing experiences and reconnecting with themselves.
